RPQ - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Victoria is a dedicated psychotherapist at Zormin Counselling & Psychotherapy, where she provides online counselling and in-person therapy in Mississauga. She holds an Honours BA in Sociology with a minor in Family and Child Studies from the University of Guelph. She is currently completing her MA in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Victoria is deeply passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves. She approaches therapy with a holistic mindset, utilizing a person-centred and strengths-based approach to meet each client's unique needs. Her practice integrates various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Victoria is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring she remains at the forefront of effective therapeutic practices.
With experience working with clients across all age groups—from young children to seniors—Victoria specializes in crisis de-escalation, trauma recovery, and mental health support. She is adept at guiding clients through a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
Victoria strongly emphasizes building a trusting therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe and welcoming space where clients in Mississauga feel genuinely cared for and comfortable sharing their stories.
